DRAINAGE - POWER WASHING - CONCRETE EVES

We are working on the drainage in the Atrium and parking lots to further enhance the ability for water movement during tropical storms.   

Power washing is going to be done on the entire community in July 2026

Landscaping in the Atrium is being review for July/August 2026

Concrete Eves - as a continued effort to maintain the beauty of the community we are reviewing any and all maintenance items.  If you see something, let the HOA admin know (Interlaced)

Gate Heights Increase to 8ft - tabled for now but not forgotten

13th Avenue Striping - resizing the spaces for added  convenience  is tabled but not forgotten

If you see areas in the community that need attention, please let us know.  

Bulk Trask pickup is at the street side by the dumpster - do not put trash out prior to Thursday evening.  No bulk trash should be stored or left in the dumpster area. 

Anything left in the common areas will be removed by the HOA bulk trash crews.
