BIG IMPROVEMENTS COMING: Q32025
Wood trim on edges of the roof, any soft areas will be repaired, water drains in 222 Atrium and the one in 222 14th parking lot will be cleaned out to hold more water during storms, gutters will be cleaned, stucco repairs through out the community including the Grand Foyer area, and new pavers added to the Grand Foyer where round creek rocks are now. We will also be refurbishing the Grand Foyer gate entrance that says "Beach House" with new finials (top pointer things) and scraping as much corrosion and repainting the entire fence there. Should be an exciting upgrade to an area that has been left without attention for years.
If you see areas in the community that need attention, please let us know. Not pet projects, just regular maintenance items.
Bulk Trash
Bulk Trask pickup is at the street side by the dumpster - do not put trash out prior to Thursday evening. No bulk trash should be stored or left in the dumpster area.
Common Areas (Parking, Atrium, Grand Foyer, Halls, Stairs, Pool)
Anything left in the common areas will be removed by the HOA bulk trash crews.
