Bike Rack Issue - we will be servicing the bike area, community will need to remove their bikes by August 1st, so we can repair the stucco and we will temporarily put the rack near the smoking area outside the gate for now. We will review the community on the need for the bike rack during this period and put HOA resources into a solution that does not have the rask mounted to the wall if we decide that the community wants the rack. Another issue is that there needs to be 60 spaces for each unit to have two bikes otherwise we need a solution that will allow of only one bike - 30 spaces.
Bulk Trash
Bulk Trask pickup is at the street side by the dumpster - do not put trash out prior to Thursday evening. No bulk trash should be stored or left in the dumpster area.
