Subject: Removal of Personal Items from Common Areas – Upcoming Landscaping Project
Dear Pablo Beach House Residents,
With the Annual Meeting held on March 31st, your new Board of Directors has voted to reaffirm the policy prohibiting personal items in common areas, including potted plants, yard sculptures, and other décor placed in the atrium area.
This decision aligns with the governing documents of the Association, which state that common elements are for the use and enjoyment of all residents and may not be altered, obstructed, or used for personal storage or decoration. Items placed in these areas can interfere with maintenance, pose safety hazards, and detract from the overall uniform appearance of the property.
The Board will soon begin a landscaping project in the atrium, and as such, all personal items must be removed no later than May 1st. Any items remaining after this date may be removed and discarded without further notice.
Additionally, all visitor parking spots that are currently being used by owners to store golf carts or scooters must also be cleared by May 1st. These spaces are intended strictly for visitor use, and we appreciate your cooperation in returning them to their proper purpose.
This effort will help ensure that all shared spaces — including the atrium, bike racks, and visitor parking — are used fairly and remain accessible to everyone in the community.
Thank you for your cooperation in helping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment at Pablo Beach House.
Bulk Trask pickup is at the street side by the dumpster - do not put trash out prior to Thursday evening. No bulk trash should be stored or left in the dumpster area.
