In 2000, our community was formed as an HOA from what was a prior motel in Jax Beach. We have seen growth in the surrounding community that puts our 30 unit complex right in the heart of the fun. With Jax Beach to our south, and Atlantic Beach to our north, we are uniquely positioned right between all the fun and excitement of beach life.
Our two property addresses:
221 N. 13th Avenue & 222 N. 14th Avenue
Per the Rules and Regulations in the community, no bikes can be left anywhere in the community except the designated bike rack area now by the smoking area. You can stage to leave your unit in common area with bikes and other for 15 minutes prior to leaving.
PBH will be providing one visitor placard (per unit) to place in a car for your guests parking, much like other communities and municipalities. Without a placard, any vehicles in visitor parking will be towed per the current signage in place.
We will be reviewing a towing service to provide the proper signage if a vehicle is removed and who they can call. For years visitor parking has not been available for member guests, as the HOA could not identify, real guests versus non-guests (or members double parking).
