About PBH
In 2000, our community was formed as an HOA from what was a prior motel in Jax Beach. We have seen growth in the surrounding community that puts our 30 unit complex right in the heart of the fun. With Jax Beach to our south, and Atlantic Beach to our north, we are uniquely positioned right between all the fun and excitement of beach life.

BIKE RACK IMMEDIATE ISSUE
We will be moving the bike rack out of the current area and moving it while we service the stucco that has been impacted by the bike rack pulling out of the wall. Water is penetrating the area of the stucco there and is causing damage that we need to fix.
